§ 93.18  DETERMINING DAMAGES.
   The amount, or extent of damage, that may be done to any building, may be determined by three disinterested persons, residents of said village, one of whom shall be selected by the owner of the building, one by the President, or any two members of the Committee on Fire Department and Waterworks, and the two so chosen shall select a third, and the decision of the persons so appointed shall be final and conclusive.
