§ 91.01  CHICKENS.
   (A)   Chickens shall not be considered domestic animals, but shall be permitted within the village as set forth below.

   (B)   It shall be permissible for an owner or keeper to have no more six female chickens on his or her property so long as said chickens are confined within a pen or other suitable enclosure.
