§ 90.04  SUMMARY ABATEMENT.
   If the persons so served and notified do not abate the nuisance within the specified time, the Village Board, after reviewing the complaint and the facts surrounding it, may by resolution authorize an officer, employee, or agent of the village to abate such nuisance.
