1353.13 CONFLICTS WITH ZONING CODE.

Zoning districts lying within the boundaries of the Historical District are subject to regulations for both the zoning district and the Historical District. If there is a conflict between the requirements of the zoning district and the requirements of the Historical District, the more restrictive requirements shall apply. Requirements which apply to the safety and health of the populace shall take precedence.
