Building permit fees shall be based upon the evaluation of the work being done. Evaluation shall be construction bid or bids, square foot costs as allowed by Montana Administrative Rules or actual construction costs. Such fees shall be reviewed on an annual basis by the City Council and may be adjusted to generate sufficient revenues to cover the actual expenses of the Building Department.
