(A) Any person found to be violating the provisions of this chapter may be served with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a ten-day limit for the satisfactory correction thereof.
(B) Such violation may be fined at the time such violation is given and upon failure to remedy the violation stated in the notice be subject to an additional fine.
(C) Upon conviction of any violation of this chapter, such person may be punished as provided in § 1.08.010 of this code.
