The cul-de-sac in Copper Court, Spanish Fork Addition to the city, except for that portion constituting a roadway 30 feet in width and on a curved radius connecting the north portion of said cul-de-sac to a roadway 28 feet in width, leading from the west portion of said cul-de-sac over Lot 4, Copper Court, Spanish Fork Addition to the alley between Copper Court and Block B of the Kelley Addition to the city, is hereby abandoned and discontinued.
