§ 14.08.050 ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF STARK STREET.
   The portion of Stark Street lying on the east side and immediately adjacent to Lots 1 through 7 of Block 6 of the Bielenberg-Albee Addition to the city, according to the official map and survey thereof as the same on file in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder, is hereby vacated and abandoned in accordance with MCA § 7-14-4114.
