§ 14.08.040 ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF MILL STREET.
   The portion of Mill Street lying between Block XIII and Block XIV of the College Addition to the city according to the plat and survey thereof on file in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder is hereby vacated and abandoned in accordance with MCA § 7-14-4114.
