§ 14.08.020 ABANDONMENT OF AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 49, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE.
   The alley west of the 800 Block on Second Street being identical to the alley west of Lots 11 through 20 of said Block 49, Original Townsite of the city is hereby vacated and abandoned in accordance with MCA § 7-14-4114.
