§ 12.08.010 PROHIBITING SKATEBOARDING, ROLLER SKATING AND OTHER DEVICES IN THE BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to ride, operate, or use a skateboard, roller skates, in-line skates, bicycles, wheeled device, sled, toboggan, or device on runners, in the business district; except that this section shall not prohibit operation of a wheelchair by a disabled person, nor shall it prevent such activity when a permit has been obtained from the City Council.
   (B)   The business district is defined as the sidewalks adjacent to and within the sidewalks on Main Street between Cottonwood Avenue on the north and St. Mary’s Avenue on the south.
