§ 12.04.050 FEES FOR EXCAVATIONS.
   The charges to be made for street and alley or road openings of any kind or character whatsoever shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
   (A)   There shall be a minimum charge set for openings whether surfaced or not.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section, a fraction of a square foot is to be considered a full square foot.
