§ 2.28.070 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE.
   All such complaints shall be handled as set forth in § 2.30.100 for hearings held by the Police Commission. Copies of this chapter shall be available at the Police Department, the City Clerk’s office and the City Attorney’s Office, and shall be given to any person who makes a complaint or allegation against any officer of the Police Department.
