(A) The United States Geological Survey benchmark located east of the Burlington Northern Depot near the junction of Second Street and Missouri Avenue, the elevation of which is 4,509 feet above sea level, shall be the official datum of the city to which all sidewalk grades are referred.
(B) The said benchmark is further described as being located at the west end of Missouri Avenue, in Section 33, R 9 W, T 8 N, 122 feet east of the east rail of the main track, 80 feet east of the east face of the station, 41 feet south of the centerline of Missouri Avenue, one foot south of the south edge of a sidewalk, about two feet above the level of the sidewalk, and on the top of a three and one-half inch iron pipe projecting two feet.
