§ 2.26.060 VIOLATIONS PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or interfere with the Health Officer or his or her agents in the discharge of their duty, or who shall be guilty of any act calculated to interfere with or defeat the carrying into effect of any regulation or order of the Health Officer, shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $100 for each offense.
