§ 2.26.050 HEALTH OFFICER TO TAKE MEASURES FOR CONTROL OF CONTAGIOUS AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES.
   The Health Officer may take such measures as he or she may from time to time deem necessary to prevent the spread of the smallpox and may issue an order requiring all persons in the city or any part thereof, requiring vaccination, to be vaccinated within such time as he or she shall prescribe.
