§ 2.22.040 BUDGET FOR WATER COMMITTEE.
   The Water Superintendent on or before July 10 of each year, shall prepare a budget of expenses for the operation of the water system of the city, to include extensions and improvements thereof. Such budget shall be reviewed by the Water Committee and filed with the City Clerk and shall be subject to inspection as other public records.
