§ 2.20.060 PRIVATE USE OF FIRE APPARATUS PROHIBITED.
   The engines and other fire apparatus, and the property of the city, shall be kept in such places as the City Council shall provide and designate. Any person having charge of any engines or other fire apparatus who shall suffer the same to be applied to private uses without the consent of the Chief of the Fire Department or of the person rightfully exercising its authority shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
