§ 11.01.260.060 PROPERTY LINE SETBACKS.
   Buildings or structural improvements shall have the following minimum property line setbacks:
   (A)   Front setback: 20 feet;
   (B)   Rear setback: 20 feet; and
   (C)   Side setback: 20 feet.
