§ 10.17.040 AUTHORITY TO LOWER WEIGHT LIMITS.
   The City Council shall have the authority to establish lower GVWs than established by this chapter at any time when, in the opinion of the City Council, damage and injury to the street(s) within the limited zone would result from travel thereon of vehicles or vehicle combinations having a GVW of 26,000 pounds or less.
