§ 10.17.010 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.   
   GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT (GVW). The actual weight of the vehicle or vehicle combination as loaded at the time of travel over any street in the city.
   VEHICLE. Every device in, upon or by which any person or property may be transported or drawn upon a street in the city.
