(A) Generally. Any person or persons found guilty of the violation of any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punishable as set forth below, unless otherwise indicated.
(B) Penalty for violation.
(1) Any person in violation shall be fined not less than $1 or more than $150.
(2) Any person in violation of any of the terms or provisions of this chapter may pay a fine of $50 at city hall within five business days or appear before the City Judge after five business days and before 15 calendar days with the potential of a fine within the full amount as described in division (B)(1) above.
