§ 10.15.010 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

SUN MOUNTAIN LUMBER. Located south of the city on Greenhouse Road in the county.

TRUCK. A vehicle that has a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 26,000 pounds or more.

VEHICLE. Every device in, upon or by which any person or property may be transported or drawn upon a street in the city.
