§ 10.08.090 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as follows:
   (A)   As provided in § 1.08.010 of this code, plus the applicable surcharges, assessments and costs for each violation;
   (B)   Each day a violation exists or continues constitutes a separate offense under this chapter;
   (C)   Removal of the nuisance by the County Sheriff or City Police Chief or any member of his or her department designated by the Sheriff and is hereby authorized to remove, impound and sell, or have removed, impounded or sold, any vehicle left at any place within the city which reasonably appears to be in violation of provisions of this chapter and not responded to within ten days;
   (D)   The city may charge the expense of removing the nuisance against the property upon which the nuisance is located, or the property adjoining where the nuisance is located, as a lien against the property or levied as taxes; and
   (E)   In addition, the City Council may seek injunctive relief from a court of record to enjoin further violations.
