§ 10.08.020 DEEMED A NUISANCE.
   The keeping, maintaining or allowing abandoned, dismantled, inoperable or wrecked motor vehicles, machinery, trailers, or parts thereof to be on public property or illegally parked on private property in the city shall constitute a nuisance.
