(A) This chapter regulates the accumulation and storage of abandoned, dismantled, inoperable or wrecked motor vehicles, machinery, trailers, and parts thereof within the city, on public property or illegally parked on private property, and prohibits such storage and provides penalties for violation.
(B) Such accumulation and storage shall constitute a nuisance.
