§ 10.06.040 PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR REQUIRED FOR MINORS.
   (A)   An operator and passenger under 18 years of age of any motorcycle or ATV operated upon the streets or highways of the city shall wear protective headgear upon the head.
   (B)   The headgear shall meet standards established by the State Department of Justice.
