§ 10.06.010 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.   
   PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. A fiberglass helmet, complete with chin straps and ear covers, shock padded and fitted with inner head harness.
