§ 10.04.170 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The City Treasurer, City Police Chief and the City Compliance Officer are authorized to jointly promulgate rules and regulations necessary to administer this chapter.
   (B)   The City Treasurer shall receive and account for all sums paid under this chapter.
