§ 10.04.070 CHAIN PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No vehicle shall be parked in a 72-hour parking area of the city for a consecutive period of more than 72 hours.
   (B)   It shall be no defense that the vehicle has been moved from one parking space to another within a 72-hour parking zone or that the vehicle traversed streets not within said zone in so being moved.
