§ 9.28.060 COMPLIANCE.

   (A)   At lease bi-annually, law enforcement will conduct the following:

      (1)   Decoy operations using a minor attempting to purchase alcohol;

      (2)   Law enforcement walk through; and

      (3)   RASS training compliance.

   (B)   Any or all of the above compliance requirements may be conducted simultaneously.
