§ 2.10.060 MAYOR TO APPOINT OFFICERS.
   The Mayor shall at the first meeting of the Council after the election each year, and from time to time thereafter, appoint, subject to confirmation of the Council, all necessary officers of the city and he or she shall in like manner appoint any other officers whose office is created by ordinance.
