§ 9.28.020 GENERAL.
   Other than with certain exceptions as defined in state law, a person may not sell or otherwise provide an alcoholic beverage to any person under 21 years of age. A person may not sell or otherwise provide an alcoholic beverage to any person actually, apparently or obviously intoxicated.
