It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit alms as a business; or to sleep in any barn, shed, out building or other place other than such as is kept for lodging purposes, without the permission of the owner or person entitled to the possession thereof; or to live in a house of ill-fame, or to live with or upon the earnings of a prostitute; or to practice prostitution.
