§ 9.08.020 UNLAWFUL TO SELL FIREARMS TO MINORS; EXCEPTION.
   It shall be unlawful far any person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation to sell to any person under the age of 18 years, BB guns, air rifles, or rifles, or firearms, unless such person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
