§ 9.02.090 VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.
   (A)   Public disturbance noise is a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as set forth in § 1.08.010 of this code.
