§ 9.02.080 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Fireworks are permitted on the Fourth of July until 1:00 a.m. on July 5.
   (B)   Fireworks are permitted on New Year’s Eve (December 31) until 1:00 a.m. on January 1.
