§ 2.10.010 QUALIFICATIONS.
   No person shall be eligible for the office of Mayor unless such person be a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city or area which has been annexed by the city for a period of two years next preceding his or her election. He or she shall reside in the city during his or her term of office.
