§ 7.03.010 OUTSIDE BURNING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to burn any garbage or any other refuse outside of any building at any time in the city. No person shall start or maintain any outdoor burning or open burning, and no materials shall be burned upon any street, curb, gutter or sidewalk except as described in § 7.03.020.
