§ 5.18.010 FRANCHISE REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every person, firm, association or corporation who shall conduct, operate, engage in or carry on the business of supplying television cable service to the public shall register the franchise with the city every ten years.
   (B)   Franchises shall be established and maintained by resolution.
