§ 5.16.005 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES. Stop signs, yield signs and the like whose purpose is to direct or control traffic.
   UTILITY DEVICES. Lamp posts, telephone posts, telephone junction boxes, trash cans and other fixed utility devices.
