§ 5.06.180 VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in § 1.08.010 of this code.
   (B)   If any person under the age of 21 is convicted of a violation of this chapter, he or she shall be subject to a penalty as per the state statutes for minor in possession of alcohol.
