If any license issued by the State Department of Revenue under the provisions of the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code, being MCA Title 16, Chapters 1-6 shall be revoked, or shall be suspended under the provisions of said Code, the companion license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be automatically revoked or suspended for the said period, and in the event such action by the State Department of Revenue shall, on appeal, be modified or set aside, the suspension or revocation of the license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall likewise be automatically affected.
