(A) The privileges granted by any and all licenses issued under this chapter are suspended and inoperative and shall remain suspended and inoperative between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the same day. It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this chapter to sell and deliver beer, wine, or liquor, or permit the same to be drunk on his or her premises during said period; provided, however, that such general suspension and inoperativeness shall not apply to the mere drinking of beer in a room of a bona fide residence or a hotel licensed hereunder.
(B) Brewery hours are mandated by state regulations.
