§ 5.06.020 DUTY OF CITY OFFICERS.
   It shall be the duty of the City Attorney, Chief of Police, City Judge and any other officers of the city to enforce the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code, being MCA Title 16, Chapters 1-6.
