§ 5.06.015 AREAS WHERE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD.
   (A)   The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted by those areas permitted via the Zoning Ordinance. Locations are approved via alcohol sales licensing or by the discretion of the Police Department by application for special events.
   (B)   It is further provided that the provisions of MCA § 16-3-306(1), do not apply within the above described areas.
