§ 5.04.170 VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 1.08.010 of this code.
   (A)   Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (B)   Each day of failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   In addition to the penalty for violation of § 5.04.160, the business belonging to or employing any person who violates a provision of this chapter may be subject to a revocation of their license to do business within the city.
