§ 5.04.030 LICENSE ISSUANCE UPON APPROVAL OF GOOD CHARACTER.
   The City Council may grant licenses to such persons as shall produce to them satisfactory evidence of their good character to conduct or carry on in the city the business described in the preceding section.
