§ 5.04.020 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall conduct or carry on the business of a pawnbroker, secondhand dealer or junk dealer within the city limits without first obtaining from the City Clerk, a business license as required in Chapter 5.02, and pay the fee as set by resolution of the City Council.
