§ 4.20.050 DEPOSITS TO WATER LINE EXPANSION AND REPLACEMENT FUND.
   All monies collected through the water system development fee shall be deposited directly into the Water Line Expansion and Replacement Fund. Said account shall only be used for water line expansion and/or replacement and shall not be used for maintenance, repair or operation of the water system.
